Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
- ALL pre-order items are not refundable and not exchangeable
- There is specific date line for all items that are on pre-order basis. Kindly take note on the pre-order deadline.
- Pre-Order price are only valid during Pre-Order Period. Pre-Order of item after due date are subject to retail price.
- To confirm your order(s), deposit has to be made latest on the pre-order deadline.
- Order(s) will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment on the day of the pre-order deadline.
- The availability of item(s) can only be confirmed upon arrival. No cancellation is allowed unless the item(s) is/are out of stock, a full refund will be credited to your bank account or selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
- The release dates of pre-order items should be used only as a guide.
- Pre-Order price and specification may vary due to unforeseen reasons. Subjected to final pricing when stock arrived
- Deposit that already placed for Pre-Order item cannot be cancelled ,change, or transfer to other item or to other customer.
- Release dates often vary in the hobby industry. Also, sales prices and specifications can vary due to manufacturing reasons.
- Balance of Pre-Order item must be paid within 14 days upon item arrival or else deposit will be forfeited.
- ToyMarks reserves the right to provide refunds for orders that no longer support/accept/fullfill
Return and Refund
- We always accept requests to return merchandise in saleable condition if made within 10 days of delivery to you. "Saleable" means that the item is in new condition, in the original box or packaging with all parts present, packaged exactly as it was packaged by the manufacturer, and there is no damage to the outer packaging.
- We will inspect your orders before they are shipped. If you would like a refund or return, you must send an email to email@example.com stating the reason for your return as well as your order number, amount and date of purchase.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items unless it is an error on our part. We will refund your shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part.
- Please email us after you have sent the return package to us, and we will refund the full shipping cost to your credit card. All claims for returns or refunds due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be made within 10 days of delivery to you. We reserve the right to deny return or refund requests in cases of obvious abuse by the user.
- You MUST always contact us (by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org) for our instructions before returning any merchandise for any reason.
- You understand that there are risks involved in land, sea, and air freight shipping.

- ToMarks held no responsibilities for the loss or damage of the package once we hand it over to the courier services
- You understand that we are selling toys but not the box, in rare occasion the box may be slightly dented due to shipping handling and negligence from the makers, we cannot guarantee a 100% perfect box, however, if it is dented or damaged to the extent it hurts the product, we would filter and not sending it out.
- We deliver products based on order sequence, we do not select based on box condition unless told so.
Upon Check Out
- You've check and agreed to the price prior to check out.
- You hold the responbility to make necessary arrangement for payment or collect the item you've check out.
- You understand that order(s) will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment in 3 working days
- ToyMarks held no responbilities for the delay of delivery cause by logistic company or custom clearance.
- ToyMarks held no responbilities for the delay/cancellation of product release (preorder) by the product maker.
